Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.
(Tuesday to Friday only excluding bank holidays) orders placed after 12pm Friday are dispatched the following Tuesday including guaranteed Saturday delivery.

If your parcel is late please track it in case it has been held or already delivered. If you are unable to locate your parcel please contact us on 01483 497986.
Dpd will text or email you with your delivery details which will include an hour window with your delivery time.
If you want to collect from our Shop please select ‘Shop Collection’ at the checkout. This will be ready for collection within 24hrs and we will contact you to confirm this.
